I have been banking in Ayer for about 40 years now. I’ve been been with Main Street Bank since the Ayer branch opened. This bank is easily the best bank I have ever been with! Gone are many of the fees, hassles, and aggravating problems associated with the larger commercial banks. This bank makes it easy. Sharon,Cheryl, Kait, and Karen are among my favorite people ANYWHERE I do business; they are courteous, very efficient, and more than pleasant. A smile and a kind word goes a long way……it adds to your day! Michelle takes care of any and all issues that may arise, and Patrick has done a great job with all my business loan needs. The people at Main Street form a more personal yet professional relationship with their customers, unlike the commercial banks, which really do make you feel like a number, just like the old cliche’. That makes quite a difference. Makes you feel better about where you put your money. Well, I think I’ve said enough, so I’ll end by saying thank you to all the people at Main Street, for taking good care of me!
