I have been banking with Main Street Bank, in particular the Marlborough and Hudson locations, since 2009!! And I would never use another bank. They consistently go above and beyond, their customer service is unmatched! Before using Main Street I was always with the big chain banks, and had horrible experiences. There is just nothing like a small local bank with people who know your face and name (and kids!), that you see at local events. 5 star service, always!!
