The Teller is responsible for a wide variety of customer service functions including providing savings, checking and loan payment transactions, as well as assistance with banking questions for an exceptional customer experience.

The Teller is responsible for a wide variety of customer service functions including providing savings, checking and loan payment transactions, as well as assistance with banking questions for an exceptional customer experience.

Part Time Teller ( Shirley )

The Teller is responsible for a wide variety of customer service functions including providing savings, checking and loan payment transactions, as well as assistance with banking questions for an exceptional customer experience.

Personal Banker I ( Hudson )

The Personal Banker I is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker I, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole. They also embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Personal Banker Float

The Personal Banker I is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker I is also responsible for directing customers to other departments when conducting non-teller transactions. The Personal Banker I, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole.

Commercial Credit Administrator ( Marlborough Main Office )

This position performs a variety of administrative support functions within the commercial area. Primary duties include those relative to the gathering, preparation, recording, support and monitoring of information and documents required for the commercial application, underwriting and portfolio management processes to assure not only a smooth workflow throughout, but also timely and accurate tracking and reporting.
