Loan Operations Specialist ( Marlborough Main Office )

The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the Commercial, Residential, and Consumer a loan portfolio in accordance to bank procedures and regulatory policies, performing functions such as escrow activities, loan maintenance, processing of loan payments and providing backup support on other job functions within Loan Operations area including secondary market.

Administrative Coordinator ( Marlborough Main Office )

Under the general direction of the Human Resources Officer, the Administrative Coordinator performs responsible and complex administrative work to support the day-to day operations of the Executive, Human Resources and Senior Leadership teams in accomplishing the goals, objectives, and the administrative work of the department.

Personal Banker I ( Groton )

The Personal Banker I is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker I, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole. They also embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Facilities Assistant I ( Marlborough Main Office )

The Facilities Assistant I, participates in ensuring all locations are properly prepared for employees and customers for the purpose of maintaining exceptional customer service. Additionally, it is expected that this position assist with projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole, acts as a resource for other team members in the Facilities Department and embraces the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Personal Banker II ( Lunenburg )

The Personal Banker performs a variety of duties to ensure the ongoing effective operation of the assigned branch. Responsibilities include opening accounts, cross selling bank products, and building customer relationships in order to achieve branch goals.

Vice President Finance ( Ayer )

The Vice President of Finance will be working on complex financial models and systems to provide a variety of financial reports/data vital to the decision-making process to developing and executing the strategic plan to meet the bank’s overall competitive position within the financial services industry.

Teller Per Diem (Northern Region) ( Ayer )

The Teller is responsible for a wide variety of customer service. This Teller’s positions talent and experience must blend with the MSB values to effectively provide superior customer service to the Bank’s customers and fellow employees. Duties include but not limited to: Providing a variety of customer savings, checking and loan payment transactions, as well as customer service such as the sale of Money Orders and Gift Cards in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures.

Part Time Personal Banker ( Groton )

The Personal Banker I is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker I, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole. They also embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Personal Banker Float ( Marlborough Main Office )

The Personal Banker I is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker I is also responsible for directing customers to other departments when conducting non-teller transactions. The Personal Banker I, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole.

Personal Banker II ( Southborough )

The Personal Banker II is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker II, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole. They also embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Personal Banker/Float ( Marlborough Main Office )

The Personal Banker I is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker I, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole. They also embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Per Diem Teller ( Marlborough Main Office )

The Teller is responsible for a wide variety of customer service functions including providing savings, checking and loan payment transactions, as well as assistance with banking questions for an exceptional customer experience.

Per Diem Teller ( Ayer )

The Teller is responsible for a wide variety of customer service functions including providing savings, checking and loan payment transactions, as well as assistance with banking questions for an exceptional customer experience.
