Personal Banker I ( Groton )

The Personal Banker I is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker I, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole. They also embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Loan Operations Supervisor ( Operations Center )

The Loan Operations Supervisor is responsible to perform functions necessary within scope of authority to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers, including performing loan maintenance, Quality Control, booking of new loans to the core system, trouble shooting, resolving complex issues and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.

Personal Banker II ( Pepperell )

The Personal Banker II is responsible for handling all types of customer service transactions and may also work on the branch teller line. The Personal Banker II, may assist with branch/retail projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole. They also embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Cash Management Officer ( Marlborough Main Office )

The Cash Management Officer is responsible for customer service, product management, and product development of new cash management business, as well as responsibility for maintaining product profitability and the expansion of existing business relationships.

Per Diem Teller ( Marlborough Main Office )

The Teller is responsible for a wide variety of customer service functions including providing savings, checking and loan payment transactions, as well as assistance with banking questions for an exceptional customer experience.
