We work hard at being the best Bank we can be. And we’re happy that others feel that we’ve succeeded.
Been with Marlboro Savings since 1968 and now Main Street Bank . Bought my home in 1968 from the President Lee Chaplin and they made you feel like family have refinanced twice for a lower rate and know that my house is paid have sent my daughter and many friends to Martin O’ Sullivan who I can’t say enough good things about him.. Marty explains everything in detail and takes his time with you so that you understand everything and if by chance you really can’t afford the mortgage you want will explain what you need to do to so you can comeback and speak with him again because his door is always open. Thank you for being my bank.
I’ve been banking with the Ayer branch for almost 9 years now. Each staff member has greeted me by name every time since the first time I’ve worked with each of them. They’ve always been happy to help me with the odd request for a transaction inquiry from many years past to the refinance with no doubt the best rate out of the many banks I had to choose from. Felicia is knowledgeable, direct and was a pleasure to work with on financing a very complicated mortgage situation. She got back to me within minutes of any question I sent her way and even helped sort out a major credit report error that could have affected my interest rate on a very condensed schedule. Even though I’ve moved from Ayer, I’ll be keeping my business there for a long time to come because they’ve earned my trust and respect individually as well as an organization.
I am in the main branch on granger boulevard frequently. I utilize the drive up and walk in when necessary. Regardless of what im there for I always get a nice greeting and a “what can I help you with today’. The staff at Main street Bank always gets it done. thanks again.
I know you are all working with new systems, and it takes time. I just want to give you some feedback.
I used to like getting my balance printed on the deposit receipts, and I missed it when you stopped. However, now the teller asks me if I want it written out, and this gives me a choice. I actually like NOT having it printed out automatically, because sometimes I had been reluctant to have it exposed. GOOD JOB!
Also, it is still taking me time to get used to the new on-line banking system, but I do like some of the new features. For example, it is so much easier now to put a note on the memo line on the check. The increased interest rate is very impressive, especially as I have compared this to what is offered at other banks. Once again, GOOD JOB!
Hello Inna! I have some news to share. I will be leaving my role here at the end of June and I am happy to report that Rick will be taking the leadership role in the organization moving forward.
I have to tell you that I loved working with you and your entire team at MSB! You made our business banking easy (and fun!) and I thank you for that.
I wish you all the best in this merger. We have been banking here for years and would like to share my feelings on two people. Carol Oates and Natasha [Poulin] are two big reasons why I still bank at Main Street. Personable and competent with consideration for promotion. Thank you and good luck.
I just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge two of your employees who went above and beyond to give Kevin and I great customer service.
We were in Ireland for the last two weeks, and for some reason during the second week, our debit card was not being accepted anywhere we went.
The only name and number I had in my phone was Jerry Simmons, as he had been a huge help during our recent wire transfer transaction for the sale of our house.
I called Jerry from Ireland and explained the situation, and even though it was not his area of expertise, he went out of his way to locate Michelle in the Ayer office, who took over the situation, and found and fixed the problem.
It took a few days, and a few phone calls, but Michelle was extremely helpful, and called us several times in Ireland to make sure everything was working ok.
I was impressed with their outstanding customer service, and wanted to let you know how helpful they both were in what could have been a very uncomfortable situation.
Dear Mr. Bennett:
First, I would like to commend the smooth transition regarding the merger of the above banks. All information and resources are readily available for me, which caused no glitches in any transactions.
Second, I cannot be thankful enough for the competent, friendly staff at the Lunenburg Branch, particularly Deborah Parsons and Lisa Andrzejewski. They cannot be more helpful, going above and beyond. I have been banking at the Lunenburg Branch for nine years and cannot be more pleased with my experience. They make personal banking such a pleasant experience and attend to every situation with a great attitude and matching smile. Please give your employees the commendations they deserve. Please acknowledge receipt of this email. Thank you.
I was originally working with Rockland Trust but the [mortgage] process didn’t go too well and I was uncertain they would meet the various timelines. I engaged with Bill [Senior Community Lender] at Main Street Bank very late in the process and he got everything approved in just a short couple of weeks. The process was smooth and a lot of it was done with their simple on line web tool. Bill handles the Cape and Islands for Main Street Bank. I would highly recommend Bill if one of your real estate customers is looking for prompt, professional service regarding banking and loan services.
I have been with..Main Street Bank for over 65 years…This is a people’s bank all the way, very professional people working there. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. When you walk in there is Annette with her pretty smile and making you feel welcome. Next to the tellers line and I always wait for Wilda, she is so willing to help you and knows you by name. Then my personal banker Linda McGuire I couldn’t never get by without her. She has helped me a million times with ease. Inna is the best always welcomes you, complements you and there to help in any way she can. If I need the really big guns then I call on Deb Campbell Devries. We go back many, many years I know I can count on her to get things done almost instantly. She is a great asset to your bank. The Main Street Bank should be an experience that everyone should be able to feel…it’s the best. Thank you for being part of this wonderful family bank.
