I know you are all working with new systems, and it takes time. I just want to give you some feedback.
I used to like getting my balance printed on the deposit receipts, and I missed it when you stopped. However, now the teller asks me if I want it written out, and this gives me a choice. I actually like NOT having it printed out automatically, because sometimes I had been reluctant to have it exposed. GOOD JOB!
Also, it is still taking me time to get used to the new on-line banking system, but I do like some of the new features. For example, it is so much easier now to put a note on the memo line on the check. The increased interest rate is very impressive, especially as I have compared this to what is offered at other banks. Once again, GOOD JOB!
Hello Inna! I have some news to share. I will be leaving my role here at the end of June and I am happy to report that Rick will be taking the leadership role in the organization moving forward.
I have to tell you that I loved working with you and your entire team at MSB! You made our business banking easy (and fun!) and I thank you for that.

I just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge two of your employees who went above and beyond to give Kevin and I great customer service.
We were in Ireland for the last two weeks, and for some reason during the second week, our debit card was not being accepted anywhere we went.
The only name and number I had in my phone was Jerry Simmons, as he had been a huge help during our recent wire transfer transaction for the sale of our house.
I called Jerry from Ireland and explained the situation, and even though it was not his area of expertise, he went out of his way to locate Michelle in the Ayer office, who took over the situation, and found and fixed the problem.
It took a few days, and a few phone calls, but Michelle was extremely helpful, and called us several times in Ireland to make sure everything was working ok.
I was impressed with their outstanding customer service, and wanted to let you know how helpful they both were in what could have been a very uncomfortable situation.

I was originally working with Rockland Trust but the [mortgage] process didn’t go too well and I was uncertain they would meet the various timelines. I engaged with Bill [Senior Community Lender] at Main Street Bank very late in the process and he got everything approved in just a short couple of weeks. The process was smooth and a lot of it was done with their simple on line web tool. Bill handles the Cape and Islands for Main Street Bank. I would highly recommend Bill if one of your real estate customers is looking for prompt, professional service regarding banking and loan services.

When you walk in there is Annette with her pretty smile and making you feel welcome. Next to the tellers line and I always wait for Wilda, she is so willing to help you and knows you by name. Then my personal banker Linda McGuire I couldn’t never get by without her. She has helped me a million times with ease. Inna is the best always welcomes you, complements you and there to help in any way she can. If I need the really big guns then I call on Deb Campbell Devries. We go back many, many years I know I can count on her to get things done almost instantly. She is a great asset to your bank.
