William Keyles

Responsibility

Bill works in collaboration with all areas of the bank to assess and deliver training initiatives designed to foster employee growth and development.  His goal is to support employees with the skill sets and knowledge essential to meeting the needs of bank customers and the strategic goals of the company.

History

Bill has been with our bank since 2015 and brings over 30+ years of corporate educational experience and 25+ years in the financial services industry. Bill attended UMass Boston earning his Master’ Degree in Instructional Design and Adult Learning.  He also a certified Employee Engagement Specialist, in addition to earning his Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Membership

Bill is President of the Marlborough Public Library Foundation, a nonprofit group that works closely with the Library Director and Library Board of Trustees to advance the library’s objectives. Most recently, the Foundation has focused on a capital campaign in support of the current library renovation and expansion project. He is also the Chairman for the Business Technology Program as part of the Program Advisory Committee at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School.

Fun Fact

Bill enjoys relaxing in the outdoors and takes pride in maintaining his lawn and garden.  He has his most creative work ideas when deep in thought while doing yardwork.
