Responsibility
Michelle is responsible for making sure customers have access to the banking products, services, and consumer loans they need. She develops and maintains lasting customer relationships within the community. Michelle coaches, trains, and mentors her staff to continue to build and cultivate strong relationships with customers and coworkers.

History
Michelle started her banking career in 1998 as a part time teller and has held every position within the branch. Michelle joined Main Street Bank in 2007 working in the Pepperell and Lunenburg branches and has been the relationship manager in Ayer since 2015. Michelle graduated from the Mass Bankers New England School of Financial Studies at Babson College in 2020.

She is a member of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce and Lunenburg Turkey Hill Family Lions Club.
