Joshua Faulkner

Responsibility

Josh oversees the team and branch operations in the Sudbury location. He is responsible for running the day-to-day and strategic branch activities, including deposit accounts, consumer lending, and business development. He mentors and develops the staff to deliver excellent customer service and to build customer relationships.

History

Josh began his career in specialized financing before owning and operating two family businesses. In 2008, he returned to finance as an advisor at New York Life and then at a small wealth boutique in Westborough, MA. Josh transitioned to banking in 2012 as a financial specialist and then branch manager, before joining Main Street Bank in 2023.

Membership

Invested in youth sports, Josh coached youth football in Lunenburg, MA for 13 years and served as a Board Member as well.

Fun Fact

Josh spends as much time as possible with his family, including his wife, three children and granddaughter. Otherwise, you can find him out on the golf course in his spare time.
