We’re seeing an increase in scam calls and texts pretending to be from Main Street Bank, sometimes even showing our phone number on caller ID. They may claim there’s unauthorized account activity and ask you for more sensitive information. These messages are not from us.
Scammers may pressure you not to hang up or send texts asking for your online banking login to “protect” your account. Do not share your information.

Main Street Bank will never call or text to ask for login credentials, account numbers, debit card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes.
