I’ve been banking with Main Street Bank (formerly North Middlesex Savings Bank) for years and typically visit the Lunenburg branch for any in-person banking. The staff there is always great. Super friendly, professional, and appear to be genuinely nice people. I moved a few years back and there are a few banks much closer to my home than MSB, but I continue banking with them solely based on the customer service I receive from the Lunenburg branch. If someone reading this is considering opening an account with MSB, I definitely would recommend doing so. I think you’ll be happy with the way you’re treated – which isn’t always the case with customer service nowadays.
