In today’s world, it’s nearly impossible to speak to a real human being about an important issue and then to have those persons respond so quickly, thoroughly and professionally.  I had this excellent experience when I recently contacted the bank for help resolving a mortgage discharge issue on a property a family member hoped to buy.  Although I am not a bank customer (yet), the knowledgeable staff understood the issue, what was required, immediately took action and solved the problem.  Honestly, it took my breath away.  I have not experienced such courteous, knowledgeable, professional staff in a very, very long time.
