Jessica Royce

Responsibility

As Senior Vice President Chief Commercial Lending Officer at Main Street Bank, Jessica is responsible for establishing and executing the strategic direction of the Commercial Lending group, with a particular focus on serving small-to-medium sized businesses. She represents the bank through active participation and leadership on local boards and committees, ensuring a strong connection between the bank and our community. Jessica oversees the commercial lending team, fostering a culture of employee satisfaction and engagement, while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering high-quality commercial lending solutions.

History

Jessica brings a wealth of commercial lending and banking experience to Main Street Bank, having served as VP Commercial Lender up to SVP and Commercial Lending East Region Team Lead at Country Bank from 2016 to 2025. Prior to that, she spent 16 years at Webster Five Cents Savings Bank, where she advanced through a variety of roles including Teller, Teller Line Supervisor, Credit Assistant, Credit Analyst, Credit Officer, and VP of Commercial Lending. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Nichols College, and her career reflects a deep understanding of the banking industry at every level.

Deeply committed to supporting local business growth and economic development, Jessica serves on the Board of Directors for the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and is Vice Chair of the Worcester Business Development Corporation. Her leadership in these organizations demonstrates her dedication to fostering strong community partnerships and advancing regional growth.
