It was a pleasure working today with Main Street Bank and your incredible employee, Jason. I had to update my information at the bank and I also wanted to sign up for Online Banking. When I was told it would be an online video conference, I said to myself - Oh no, this is not going to happen. Looking at my age you'll quickly surmise I wasn't raised in the computer age. Well, I have to tell you that fellow, Jason, who you have working for you is a star! He's got a beautiful personality and he knows his stuff - he's a Professional and I just wanted to write this to thank him and to also thank whoever was smart enough to hire the young man. Zarape Restaurant

I am not a customer of Main Street Bank, but I am a caregiver to a new customer. My patient is immobile and spends the majority of her days at home, unless I need to bring her to appointments. She does not have a computer but she needed an account opened. Ali in the Ayer branch was so kind and patient, and went above & beyond to help my client open this account. She took the time to go to my clients home to make sure everything would go smoothly with the finalizing of the account. My client said Ali was extremely kind and thoughtful, and even made sure she didn't need help moving around or getting things before she left.
