Is there a fee to use Online Banking or the Mobile App?
No. Online Banking and Mobile Banking are offered as free services for Main Street Bank customers. However, message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply when using the mobile app or receiving alerts.
We are aware of reports involving scammers impersonating Main Street Bank by spoofing our phone number and claiming to be a bank employee. The caller may say an account was hacked, and proceed to ask for additional information from the accountholder.
These calls are NOT coming from Main Street Bank or any of our employees.
Important Reminder
Main Street Bank will never call and ask for:
× Online banking credentials
× Debit card security codes
× Account verification information through unsolicited calls or texts
