Pam Berry

Responsibility

Pam oversees all aspects of the bank’s Compliance Management System, working closely with all bank departments to ensure adherence to consumer laws and regulations and facilitating regulatory exams.

History

Pam began her career in banking in 1991. Her first 10 years were spent in Retail Banking working in a branch and from there, she has worked in the Compliance and Operations areas.

Membership

Pam is actively involved in various community initiatives. She serves on the Mass Bankers Professional Development Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Marlboro Regional Community Foundation. Additionally, Pam is on the Advisory Board for The Angel Fund for ALS Research and is the Founder and Chairperson of The Central Mass Fraud Network. She also volunteers with United Way’s Dollar Scholar program and has previously held the position of Vice Chair for the Eastern MA Compliance Network.

Fun Fact

When she’s not at the bank, Pam loves the beach, tropical locales, dogs (rescue dogs are the best), trying new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.
