I have been with main street bank since 1990 (when it was called Marlboro savings). When the new branch in Hudson opened, is when I met Kelly Fossile. My wife and I liked her from the very start. When my wife Joan passed away last year, Kelly was supportive, as if she were a family member. When I come into the bank for any business, she always asks me into the office for a quick chat. I can only hold her in the highest regard. She is smart, warm and compassionate. She has always been available to help me when I needed it. She is an asset to your bank and if we had more people in the world like her, it would be a much nicer place to live in!!!

Working with Rebecca Mackenzie and Katrina at the Northborough branch has been a breath of fresh air. I find my customer experience at their facility to be a cut above and they are very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. I must say that it's nice to have a local banking relationship after 40 years of a telebanking interface with USAA.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Main Street Bank. Living in RI and trying to close my mother’s estate in Marlborough while doing her taxes has been quite an experience. The exception has been the boutique customer service at Main Street with their emphasis on being responsive and motivated to accommodate their customer’s needs. I would love to speak on Main Street Bank's Positive pay system and if anyone ever has any doubts about it I would happily be a reference. Main Street Bank's Positive Pay system has not only saved our Company once but twice. The first check caught was for $40,000.00 and I could not have been more worried when I saw it. I called the Cash Management department at Main Street Bank right away and it was like it never happened. The check payment got returned to our checking account and it was literally like nothing ever happened. The second time, a check was stolen from our mailbox and it went the same way. A quick call to the Cash Management department and again it was like nothing happened. As the CFO of a small family-owned operation, I am grateful to know my family's life savings that are invested in this company are protected by a simple but effective safeguard at Main Street Bank.

I've recently worked with Maria Nephew and Kelsey Oliverio to close the accounts of a family member who is very ill. Both were helpful, efficient, and kind, making a difficult task much easier for me. I also appreciated connecting with a real person each time I called, rather than encountering a complicated telephone tree. Customer service is clearly a high priority at Main Street.

Katie worked with me and supported me 100% to resolve a mobile bank issue which I called the bank for. She was very patient and cleverly solved the problem. Katie is the VERY BEST and I enjoy having my accounts at Main Street bank; my experience was so positive!
