Jeffrey Morse

Responsibility

As Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Team Leader, Jeff provides strategic leadership and oversight to a team of Commercial Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers. He is responsible for driving commercial loan originations, deposit growth, and cross-functional referral activity in alignment with the bank’s broader strategic objectives. In addition to managing his team’s performance, Jeff personally handles the institution’s most complex commercial credit relationships and works closely with financially sophisticated clients to structure tailored lending solutions.

History

With two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff has held progressive leadership roles across Wealth Management, Small Business Banking, and Commercial Banking. Known for building high-performing teams and fostering long-term client relationships, he has consistently delivered portfolio growth, enhanced credit quality, and contributed to key organizational initiatives. Jeff brings a results-driven approach grounded in relationship banking and strategic execution.

Membership

Jeff serves on the MERC Advisory Board, where he contributes his expertise and insight to support the continued advancement of the banking industry. He is also actively engaged in the local business community as a member of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, North Central Chamber of Commerce, and Worcester Chamber of Commerce.
