We couldn’t be more pleased with Main Street Bank. Living in RI and trying to close my mother’s estate in Marlborough while doing her taxes has been quite an experience. The exception has been the boutique customer service at Main Street with their emphasis on being responsive and motivated to accommodate their customer’s needs. I would like to thank both Maribelle Tavares and Kattie Bokum for their personal touch.
