My wife and I recently transferred all our banking business from a small credit union that had slipped in it’s rating and had become too far away, to Main Street Bank in Northborough for safety and convenience. This was a huge undertaking and we did not look forward to it. We made an appointment to meet with Rebecca MacKenzie at the Northborough branch on a Saturday morning. We explained our situation and laid out our unique banking needs. Rebecca understood completely, and after a few questions and suggestions she built a completely new, safe, and convenient banking system for us. Rebecca is intelligent, confident, extremely knowledgeable in banking, down to earth, and she took very good care of us.
