Responsibility
As Regional Manager, Sue oversees branch operations including customer relationships, staff management, consumer lending and business development at both the Southborough and Northborough Main Street Bank locations.
History
Sue has been with the MSB team for over 15 years, starting as a part time teller and transitioning to a Personal Banker, Assistant Manager, and Branch Officer. In 2021, she was promoted to Regional Manager of both the Southborough and Northborough offices.
Membership
She is a member of the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce and a Notary Public, and involved in community events such as Southborough Heritage Day. She also participates in the Southborough School Council, and is an Arabic interpreter for Milford and Upton Schools.

When she’s not wearing her banker’s hat, Sue is enjoying time spent with family and friends – especially her two wonderful sons and granddaughter.
