Ralph Grasso

Responsibility

As a Commercial Loan Officer, RJ works closely with business banking relationships to understand their goals and provide tailored financing solutions that support growth and day-to-day operations. He guides clients through every stage of the loan process, including application, structuring, underwriting, closing, and post-closing support.

History

RJ brings several years of experience in commercial lending, having held a variety of roles across commercial administration, cash management, credit analysis, and portfolio management. This broad background allows him to deliver well-rounded service and practical insight to business owners and decision-makers. He earned his business degree from Anna Maria College, where he also played collegiate basketball.

Membership

Deeply committed to the communities he serves, RJ is actively involved with the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, Worcester Chamber of Commerce, and the Worcester Young Businessmen’s Association. He also volunteers with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Marlborough and Hudson, serves as Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Shepherd Hill High School in Dudley, and has been involved with the nonprofit Hoops for Hope since 2017.

Outside of work, RJ enjoys golfing, traveling, and staying connected through sports and community involvement.
