Responsibility

As Vice President of Deposit Operations at Main Street Bank, Cailtin oversees the bank’s deposit-related operational processes across both traditional and digital platforms. She is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, strong regulatory and risk management practices, and an exceptional customer experience for deposit customers.

History

Caitlin began her banking career in 2013 as a teller and transitioned into Operations in 2019, building a strong foundation through hands‑on experience in both frontline and operational roles. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and is a 2022 graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers New England School of Financial Studies.

Outside of the office, Caitlin is an avid soccer fan, enjoys crocheting, and is a houseplant enthusiast.
