As of October 1, 2021, we will be making an update to our MSB Mobile app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. To ensure you have uninterrupted use of your app, please follow the instructions below.
What you need to know:
- If your mobile apps are set to automatically update, then you do not need to take action.
- If your mobile apps do not automatically update, please visit the Apple App Store® or the Google Play Store™ to manually update your MSB Mobile app by October 16.
- If you do not update the MSB Mobile app by October 16, the app will not work on October 17, and you may need to delete and re-download the MSB Mobile app.
Mobile apps sometimes need to undergo periodic updates to ensure they are the latest version with both Apple and Google. We have made an update to the Main Street Bank MSB Mobile app to stay up to date with the necessary technology requirements.
There will be no changes to the functionality of the MSB Mobile banking app because of this update; this is simply a background change that needs to happen to continue to offer the app through Apple and Google Play.
