We want to inform you that as of May 18, 2018, our Devens branch location will be closing permanently.
We made this decision with careful consideration. Due to extremely low volume of customer traffic, deposits, and loans in that location, combined with limited hours of operation, it became clear to us that our customers could be better served in a branch with more convenient hours and a full complement of services and personnel. Rest assured, no employees will be losing their positions due to this closure, and we will still be able to provide you a full range of banking products and services.
What does this mean for you?
Good news – you do not have to take any action as part of this change. Friday, May 18, 2018 will be the last day you are able to visit our Devens location.
OK – but where can you do your banking?
You still have access to any of our other 13 branches, with the Shirley and Ayer locations just a few miles from Devens.
There are plenty of other ways to get your banking done without even visiting a branch (although we’d love to see you!) Other ways to bank with us include:
- Mobile Banking with mobile check deposit
- Online Banking with Bill Pay and electronic transfers
- Call center access afterhours and on weekends
